Our focus is on helping people become homeowners through owner financing, especially those rejected by banks. I'm passionate about this work, and seeing our clients achieve the American dream is incredibly rewarding. Outside of work, I enjoy tennis, the beach, fine dining, travel, and spending time with friends over drinks. My wife, Chely, brings flair to our listings with her staging expertise. My dad handles miscellaneous tasks, and our assistants Jade, Karen, and Jenessa are always available to answer questions. Our cleaning staff, including Mely, Fatima, Dayna, Laura, Sandra, Jessica, and Sory, ensure our properties are well-maintained, with backups in place for when someone is away. Being in real estate gives us access to skilled contractors like Julio for rehabs and repairs. We also offer home warranties and utilize multiple listings to support our guests' needs, ensuring they have a comfortable stay even in unexpected situations. Personally, I'm passionate about Short-Term Rentals, seeing homes transform and guests create lasting memories. Perfect escape from city life & yet only 30 minutes away from Houston. Guests stay at the "Back House" which has 5 bedrooms, 3 Full Baths, huge game room, full kitchen, full gym, washer/dryer, a newly added outdoor kitchen w/ fridge, sink and island. Cable & Roku, Outdoor TVs by pool, personal sauna, foosball and ping pong. * We have a newly installed water softener, a whole-house water filter, a reverse osmosis water filter system on the sink in the kitchen. * We have a pool table in a huge game room, ping pong, cards with card table and chips, and many games like: Monopoly, Scrabble, Connect Four, Chess, Checkers, Wheel of Fortune, Scene It, Stratego, Twister, etc. *Over 1500 Arcade video games, the real size game (not the small 1 up version) including: Donkey Kong; Dig Dug; Pac Man; Ms Pac Man; Centipede; Millipede; Tetris; and many others Additional Amenities We do not run the pool heater. A crib is available upon request. We currently have 14 listings and two cribs, so please let us know in advance if you need one and we will ensure a crib is made available for your arrival. If you need additional bedding such as extra pillows, air mattresses, or electric (heated) blankets, please feel free to make a request. A walker is also available upon request. Extra lighting options throughout the house Plenty of extra pillows of different sizes and firmness. Note: -Guests are expected to read & be willing to honor House Rules and the rental agreement. - No gatherings/parties allowed, only booked guests can be there at any time (unless discussed/approved and additional fees paid in advance). - Additional security deposit is required for every booking per House Rules. This is separate from the booking payment. Booking implies agreement to pay deposit and honor rules. Unpaid deposit means no entry. Extra guests over four is twenty five dollar/guest/night. - Pets are allowed but with an additional fee.

⭐ We are at the end of the street in a cul de sac, in a big subdivision that has four tennis courts and a public pool. ⭐ At the entrance of the subdivision is a large pond with ducks that neighbors take their children to feed. ⭐ There is also a large gazebo and they have kids parties and weddings. ⭐ There are plenty of trees in our backyard and no neighbors in sight from the backyard / pool area. See aerial photos. There aren't any bus lines. If you're not driving, you'd have to call Uber or a taxi. We are about 30-35 minutes from Bush airport and about 40 minutes from Hobby airport.
