Imagine living less than 10 minutes away from the beach - this gorgeous, remodeled home sits on a huge lot and is waiting to be your home base for your next beachy adventure! This darling retreat enjoys a prime location near restaurants, convenience stores, and great attractions, including Memorial Causeway Fishing Beach, The Grove, Parker Park, South Bay Park, Osprey Overlook, Oso Bay Wetlands Preserve, Lozano Golf Center, and Philip Dimitt Municipal Fishing Pier!
Upon entry, you will fall in love with the bright open living area that features tray ceilings and can lights. The well-appointed open kitchen features chef-grade appliances that will make cooking a breeze. The under-mounted deep double stainless-steel sink and granite top breakfast bar with extra storage space are only a couple of features in the upgraded kitchen. Unwind in the welcoming living area, furnished with comfortable sofas in front of a large smart TV with streaming services. In the separate laundry room, you can find a washer/dryer and the whole-home tankless water heater. The oversized primary bedroom has a comfy and inviting bed and an en suite bathroom. Outside, this home boasts a large fenced backyard with a firepit where you can gather to roast s'mores, a back deck with a bistró table and a gas grill, and a front deck.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
