The condos are privately owned constructions and/or other building shut downs may occur during your stay. Owners have no control over the outside work and noise. The work hours are Monday Friday, 8 AM 4:30 PM, no weekends or holidays. We feel most guests will feel little to no impact on construction as many travelers are out exploring the island, enjoying the beaches, shopping or partaking in other activities on Oahu during these hours.
