Ocean view,  3rd floor condo (3rd floor walk-up) in a small 36 unit beach-complex on the ocean side of A1A. The Master bedroom has a private bathroom and a King bed. There is a Queen in the guest room, and the living room has 2 large sofas that equate to the size of twin beds. The unit is equipped with  wireless, high speed internet connection; three high resolution flat screen TV’s; and a laundry room with full sized washer and dryer. There is a large 25 x 10 foot private balcony facing the ocean. Off the balcony, a rear stairwell leads to the pool and directly to the beach. The white beach is wide and beautiful! The complex rests on a non-driving section of the beach. Close-by, is historical St. Augustine, the oldest city in the nation (1565 A.D.) thus, celebrating its 450 anniversary in 2015. There is an abundance of festivities leading to this historical event. Shopping areas, restaurants, the city fishing pier, are all within walking distance from the condo. The unit is on the Sunshine bus route. There is great shopping at the beach, downtown, or at the I-95 outlets on S.R. 16. No Pets or Smoking in the condo please.

The updated kitchen has stainless "KitchenAid" appliances and granite countertops. The dining area provides seating for 6. Comfortable, overstuffed sofa and loveseat can accommodate extra sleeping needs. Master bedroom has a King bed and direct balcony access. The ensuite bath has a beautiful walk-in glass encased shower and double sinks for convenience. Guest bedroom has a Queen bed; tub in the guest bathroom. Both bedrooms have TV's; huge wall-mounted flat screen in the living room. Other amenities include a washer/dryer and high-speed wireless internet. All linens and towels are provided. The most outstanding feature of this unit is the spacious balcony with spectacular views of the beach! The owners have even provided an outside compact refrigerator to store extra beverages. Island South is located in the "non-driving" section of St. Augustine Beach.
