Enjoy covered deck space on all three floors, where you can dine, sip coffee or cocktails, or play cards at golden hour with a beach view. Multiple TVs, in both the living room and the family room offer entertainment. The Nordic Villas subdivision is located in a remote corner of Orange Beach, so you can enjoy the privacy of a house away from the masses. This private community offers a host of shared conveniences on its manicured grounds, including two outdoor pools (each with plenty of room and lounge chairs for sun worshippers), two charcoal grills, a firepit, and two additional large parking lots. Each house features an ample private parking area and its own boardwalk leading to the beach. THINGS TO KNOW Cancellation for this property must be 90 days prior to arrival. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
