Step into a tranquil 3-bedroom, 2-bath haven, seamlessly blending history with modern comfort. Just minutes from downtown, with easy access to Magnolia Silos and downtown attractions. Nature enthusiasts will love the Brazos River, hiking, biking, and Cameron Park Zoo all close by. Minutes from Magnolia Market, Baylor University, and more. Easy access means a ramp in the front and back, and a seamless shower entry.
I love hosting and meeting people. I love being part of their vacation. My goal is to provide great customer service and a relaxing atmosphere. I went the extra mile to make sure the home is easily accessible for those that may need it. We have ramps in the front and back, accessibility to the patio (no stairs), an open concept shower entry area.
Neighbors have lived there for years, there’s community and friendship. It's my childhood home so I'm familiar with almost everyone in the area.
