Ideal for solo travelers, couples, or small groups, this off-grid retreat offers modern comforts surrounded by peaceful desert views—just 10 miles from the National Park. ★ Sleeps 3: 1 Queen bed, 1 Double sofa ★ Fire pit, BBQ, picnic tables, hammocks, putting green ★ Bocce ball, kids games, shaded seating ★ Fully stocked kitchen, DVD player, sound system ★ Shower, toilet, hot water, lights, camping chairs ★ Solar-powered, eco-friendly setup The indoor space is warm and inviting, but the outdoor areas are where the magic happens. Stargaze, grill dinner, or unwind by the fire. It’s glamping—expect minor things like lighting the oven manually or waiting a moment for hot water. TRUVI Verification required after booking. Choose a 500 usd refundable deposit (minus 15 usd) or 25 usd waiver. Guests must complete a Check-In Form with matching photo ID and payment prior to check-in. No infants. Children 2+ count toward guest total. No pets allowed—strictly enforced. Check-in is after 4PM. Check-out is by 11AM. Requests for early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed, and subject to additional fees. Quiet hours: 10pm–8am. No outdoor music at any time. Smoking outdoors only, 15 ft from doors. No candles. 250 usd fine for violations. Wi-Fi is available but may vary. No TV channels—DVD only. Hot water may be limited in winter due to frozen pipes. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.

DEPOSIT OR WAIVER: Our bookings are protected by TRUVI, our trust and safety partner. Guests must submit a deposit or waiver through TRUVI after the booking is confirmed, which only takes less than a minute and is required prior to arrival. Guests will be asked to put down a refundable deposit (minus a processing fee) or a non-refundable damage waiver. Guests will be contacted directly by TRUVI via text with a URL link to start the verification process. Check-in information will be provided after verification is complete. Guests who book may also be required to agree to our House Rules or Terms & Conditions.

CHECK-IN FORM: Prior to receiving check-in instructions, guests will be required to complete a Check-in Form with our standard Rental Agreement terms and conditions, which reflects our House Rules. For verification purposes, a copy of your photo ID will be requested and must match the name of the credit card on file. For a seamless check-in, please make sure all your payments are completed before check-in.
