Experience everything the Central Oregon Coast has to offer when you stay at this conveniently located Newport vacation rental. In addition to all of the standard home comforts and a private hot tub, you'll enjoy easy access to the beach as well as several distinct shopping districts!
Situated on a hill just a few blocks south of Nye Beach, this home is great for a beach-loving family or friend group. The historic bayfront area is less than three-quarters of a mile away, and beach access is about two short blocks to the west, making this home ideal for visitors who hope to explore the city on foot.
The interior of this charming single-level home is full of character. Intriguing artwork adorns the walls, while large windows provide lovely views of the ocean, the city, and the surrounding greenery.
Step inside to find yourself in the living room. Comfy furniture invites you to relax and bask in the warmth of the gas fireplace or browse the basic cable channels on the flatscreen TV. Complimentary WiFi is available throughout this vacation rental, so you can share vacation pictures with friends and family back home.
The spacious, well-appointed kitchen is perfectly suited for preparing everything from a home-cooked meal to a quick picnic lunch for the beach. In addition to the standard appliances, the kitchen includes fun extras such as a waffle iron, a coffee grinder, and a French press. There's even a dishwasher for easy post-meal cleanup.
Enjoy your meal at the six-person breakfast table, or take it outside to the picnic table on the backyard patio. There's also a gas grill out here if anyone feels the urge to barbecue.
A small sunroom connected to the patio provides additional space to spread out and spend time. Take advantage of the assorted games for a family activity, or settle in and spend a few quiet minutes reading.
Up to six guests are welcome to stay at this three-bedroom, two-bathroom home.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
