As you enter through the front gate, you'll be welcomed by lush potted plants, a thriving peach tree, and a handy hose for rinsing off sandy toes. This private, fenced-in guest home offers a peaceful and secluded escape.
Inside, the living room invites relaxation with a spacious daybed sofa and a roll-out trundle twin, all decked out with soft linens and pillows for a restful night’s sleep. Enjoy a selection of board games, puzzles, or dive into one of the many available books. The TV, equipped with Roku and Xfinity Stream, is perfect for catching up on shows or movie nights. Feel free to bring your own video game console for extra fun!
The well-stocked kitchen features a full-sized fridge, essential cooking tools, and a range of spices, flour, coffee, tea, and cocoa. The adjacent dining room is perfect for meals, games, or catching up on work with free Wi-Fi.
In the bedroom, you'll find a king-size bed with ample linens, a dresser, and a closet with hangers for easy unpacking. The bedroom also includes a TV with Roku and Xfinity Stream. The newly remodeled bathroom features a walk-in shower with a rain shower head and handheld attachment, complemented by fresh towels and essential toiletries.
Step outside to the fenced, screened-in back patio where you can relax in rocking chairs, dine at the table, or grill on the propane grill. A new LG washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience.

The East End District is listed on the National Registry of Historic Places and is a National Landmark. There are many old homes from the 1840’s through mid-century builds. The hosts home (green home) was built in 1870 as a corner store. The East End is a bustling residential district that attracts visitors from all over the globe to view a vast array of Victorian architecture.
Sunflower Cafe, Mosquito Cafe, Patty Cakes Bakery, & The Original Mexican Cafe are just one block away. We are just 10 blocks from the beach/seawall! Walking distance to the Strand and UTMB. You can rent bicycles, and golf carts from many local places on the island. Need Help? Just ask Us!
