This family friendly home sits in a prime location. Ride bikes or walk to Bay Drive and enjoy sidewalk lined roads along the Currituck Sound to enjoy sunsets, fishing, crabbing or launch a boat from the public boat launch at Dock Street. Bay Drive is also a great place to go for a run! This home is also just 4 to 5 blocks from the beach! Enjoy it all and stay fit while on vacation with your own exercise area.
Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a large fully gated yard with patio and fire pit, side yard with picnic table, outside shower and parking for 4 cars. Inside you’ll find a Den with flat-screen TV/DVD, Double Sleep Sofa, bar area with seating for 2, dart board and patio access. Exercise area with a stair climber, rower, elliptical, free weights and outside fenced yard access. Queen Bedroom with TV, full hallway bath and laundry with washer and dryer.
Top Level: Great room with a flat-screen TV/DVD and deck access with seating and gas grill. Newly remodeled kitchen, dining area seating 6, California King Bedroom with flat-screen TV, Queen Bedroom and a full hallway bathroom.
