We purchased this condo as an investment property in October 2022 hoping to one day retire in Hot Springs. Our family has grown up on the lake and have always loved the water and living the lake life and Hot Springs has so much to offer. My husband and I have been married for 22 years and have a 16-year-old son, who plays soccer and a 9-year-old daughter that loves her competitive cheer team. My husband is a hard worker with his phone constantly ringing and is always in need of a weekend away to relax and unwind for a few days.
