Located just down the road from Lake Ninevah, this retreat offers a summer haven for kayaking, paddleboarding, and biking, as well as easy access to the snowy slopes of Okemo Mountain Resort in winter. Set in a peaceful country setting about a mile from the lake, the home provides two kayaks, two inflatable SUPs, and three adult-size bikes for your use. Its location is ideal for day trips, with Okemo Mountain (five miles), Camp Plymouth State Park (six miles), and Killington Resort (29 miles) all nearby. Inside, the home’s expansive spaces invite gatherings and relaxation. The great room features soaring ceilings, exposed log beams, and the cozy glow of a woodstove. Step outside to the large deck, perfect for barbecues on the gas grill, alfresco meals at sunset, and evenings around the firepit roasting marshmallows. Downstairs, the game room promises hours of fun with billiards, foosball, a bar, a movie lounge, and a second wood-burning fireplace. Additional highlights include a sleek, modern kitchen, a window-lined dining area, and a loft offering a quiet retreat for playing the keyboard, birdwatching through the telescope, or finishing remote work at the desk. The sleeping arrangements include three bedrooms (two on the main floor and one on the top floor) and a cozy bunk nook adjacent to the game room. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
