Locally owned by John and Allison, Graham Property Management oversees vacation rentals throughout the area, handling everything from expert cleaning and maintenance to making sure each space is guest-ready. John brings a degree in Business Management and a strong background in operations, while Allison offers years of real estate experience and holds her North Carolina broker license. Graham Property Management is fully licensed as a North Carolina real estate firm.
We focus on the details that matter: clean, well-stocked homes, safe surroundings, and clear, responsive communication. The thoughtful layout includes 4 bedrooms (plus 2 pull-outs), 2.5 bathrooms, and an open living area with vaulted ceilings and a cozy gas fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen and indoor dining space make shared meals easy, and there’s no shortage of outdoor seating for al fresco dining or simply enjoying the view.
Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the private dock, kayaks, and easy access to boat rentals just 5 minutes away at Santeetlah Marina. For those who want to stay close to home, there’s a Blackstone griddle, gas grill, and Solo fire pit ready for relaxed evenings under the stars.
The home is pet-friendly (up to 2 dogs) so your furry family members don’t have to stay behind. With 7 miles to Robbinsville, you’re close enough for grocery runs, dining, and exploring, but far enough to enjoy the peace and quiet of the lake.

This is a dog-friendly home. The maximum number of dogs allowed is 2. There are charges for a pets per dog per night.
