There's a Tesla Supercharger there. Hidden charm dive bars and hang-out places in the summer for some water fun. The gas station is also in the same shopping center as Safeway, with sushi, breakfast restaurants, etc. The Pier is right by the house as well to walk around, shop, and eat. Wine vineyard nearby. Cherry-picking and fruit picking in the summers and pumpkin patches in the fall. Parking is plentiful with garage and driveway parking as well as street parking. We ask you don't park on the neighbor's side.
