The Laven House is located downtown Mankato and is walking distance to restaurants, bars and the Convention Center. It is only 2.2 miles from MSU and 1.4 miles to Mayo. Chris and Kristin love restoring historic properties with all the charm! All rooms have been renovated with new bathrooms, kitchen and living spaces. They love hosting guests to showcase their homes that preserve an important piece of Mankato history.
Located in the historic Lincoln Park Neighborhood, guests enjoy the convenient downtown location and walk through the neighborhood, viewing many restored historic homes.
