These three homes are The Azalea Point, The Water Bungalow, and The Magnolia White House - all three in total offer eight comfortable bedrooms and additional sleeping nooks that can be used as well. Enjoy a sparkling outdoor pool that is shared between the three homes and refresh yourself any time you want! The Azalea offers stunning views inside and out. The home has been fully renovated and boasts an open concept living and dining area. The living room is a restful oasis. Snuggle up on the sofa and watch your favorite shows while the fireplace keeps you warm. The spacious and well-appointed kitchen features stainless steel appliances, an island, and all the necessary gadgets. So, when you’re not in Hot Springs eating like a local, you and your loved ones can cook delicious meals together. Outside, not only will you have direct lake access, but you’ll also have a covered and uncovered deck and sauna for your enjoyment. When the sun goes down make use of either of the two firepits to provide a warm glow while you enjoy one another's company. The Water Bungalow is another gorgeous waterfront home on Hamilton Main Channel that offers fantastic views, direct water access, and stunning interiors with modern furnishings. Gather in the living room to stream your favorite shows and lounge on the sofa. When hunger strikes, head into the well-equipped kitchen to whip up delicious meals with loved ones, or go outside to use the grill and dine alfresco. The dining table is great for family-style meals and board game nights. Other interior highlights include a private washer/dryer, central air conditioning, and cable TV.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
