The farm is an 86-acre working horse farm bordering Letchworth State Park. We specialize in boutique guesthouses that are adjacent to our 1890 farm house. On the property, you will find 13 horses, 2 dogs, chickens, cats, and ducks. There is 1.4-acre pond equipped with a diving board, and swimming platform as well as a covered grilling and pic nic area. The property includes many walking trails through the fields as well as the woods. You can encounter all sorts of wildlife. Take in the most amazing sunset as well as sunrises in the morning while listening to the rooster sing his morning song. Jessica grew up riding horses at the age of 7. She has continued her passion for horses throughout her adulthood. Jessica and Ryan decided it was time to enjoy a quieter life away from all the hustle and bustle of Rochester NY and moved to Nunda, NY onto the farm in late 2022. Jessica and Ryan hope to continue to provide a unique get away and lodging experience for people who want to see what farm life is all about.

Enjoy vacationing in the country but remain close to all needed amenities. The farm is located in a rural community that is adjacent to Letchworth State Park. The main entrance is a 6-minute car ride. However, there are many other closer access points. Spend the day hiking, and discovering the "Grand Canyon of the East." There are many local eateries/pubs within driving distance. There are two local golf courses, one right down the street. Take a hot air balloon ride, or participate in white water rafting down the Genessee River right within the park.
