Enjoy a private entrance, full kitchen, living room, linens and towels included, & a driveway large enough for your boat.

Our no pets and no smoking policies are strict. All renters will be required to e-sign a rental agreement, provide a security deposit, provide a valid government ID that matches the contract, and pay for their stay in full in advance via credit card via the emailed link I provide in the welcome email. Failure to do so can result in cancelation at no penalty to the host. I do not accept cash at the property or paper documentation.

Lil’TipSea is located in the heart of historic Topsail Beach between two public beach accesses (Empie & Haywood) with free parking, a short .2 miles (3-5 min) walk from the house. Take in the stunning sunset views on the sound by relaxing on the public benches at the kayak launches in the neighborhood. Just down the road is Topsail Beach Town Center, you'll find restaurants, gift shops, and entertainment options. You can choose from the fishing pier, roller skating rink, arcade & putt-putt, or wine bar with live music. There is also the Missiles Museum for tours on rainy days and weekly BINGO nights with prizes.
