Kenny & I have done a variety of camping thru the years and when we needed a semi-retirement job it didn't take us long to decide owning/operating a campground was what we wanted to be doing. We enjoy helping people have a great vacation experience. Daily we offer suggestions on what there is to do in our beautiful area or just help with directions on how to get to where they want to go. We have a large playground with a lot of options for the entire family and we really enjoy setting on the front porch of the store watching all ages play and reconnect on the playground. We are a great campground located in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains, just off the Parkway at Milepost 317. Most sites are fully shaded. The new bath house was built in 2017 and offers individual bathrooms complete with shower/sink/stool. One is handicap assessable. There is a new laundry room also and a sink with hot water for our tent campers to wash their dishes. We also built a new, expanded office/campstore. We try to carry all the necessities of camping at reasonable prices. We can accommodate RVs from the small pop-ups to 40'. We also offer tent sites (both primitive and water/electric) and have a variety of cabins. Please check out our website for details and more pictures.

We are conveniently located to the many attractions around Linville Falls. We're only 2 miles from the Falls, 4 miles from the Caverns, 5 miles from Wiseman's View and 10 miles from Grandfather Mountain. We are a great place to make your base camp while you explore the area. There are several restaurants within a 10 mile radius that we can direct you too. There is zip-lining, ropes courses, rafting, tubing, etc withing easy driving distance. On site we have an awesome playground that keeps kids of all ages occupied.
