A full washer and dryer make it convenient to keep your clothes fresh during your stay, while a dedicated work station allows you to stay connected if needed. Step outside to the expansive upper deck, complete with a grill and plenty of outdoor seating, ideal for enjoying meals al fresco while admiring the panoramic views. The location is convenient to Covenant College and is a great base for hang-gliding enthusiasts or those looking to explore nearby Chattanooga, TN. Inside, you'll find a comfortable living space with amenities such as a gas fireplace, Netflix streaming, and board games for entertainment. The house is equipped with central AC, ensuring a comfortable stay regardless of the weather outside. With multiple bedrooms including king, queen, and twin beds, as well as a sofa bed, this home offers flexibility for families or groups of friends. Enjoy a refreshing swim during our pool heating season from April 1 to September 30. We guarantee that the pool will be heated to a minimum of 75 degrees Fahrenheit, ensuring comfort for all our guests. If you’d like to elevate your experience further, you can raise the temperature to a comfortable 85 degrees for just a 50 dollars daily fuel fee, applicable for each night of your stay, with a minimum requirement of 3 nights. Please remember that a daily fuel fee of 50 dollars a day also applies if you request pool heating outside of our designated season.

An optional fee of USD 50 per day is available to be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
