The perfect vacation home! Located in the gated community of Lost Colony, this 3BR/3BA standalone home is just steps from the on-site pool and the boardwalk to the beach.
Take in amazing Gulf views from the kitchen, living room, and primary suite, and large furnished deck. Downtown Port Aransas is a 10-minute drive.
LIVING AREA
Wall-to-wall windows showcase wonderful Gulf views in the living area. Relax and take in the vistas or watch a movie on the flat-screen TV.
KITCHEN & DINING
Outfitted with a full suite of appliances, the kitchen has everything you’ll need to cook up your catch of the day.
When you’re ready to eat, the dining table seats six.
BED & BATH
This vacation rental sleeps 10 guests in three bedrooms, each appointed with a TV.
Wake up to beautiful Gulf views in the primary suite, which features a king bed, a sitting area, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
The second bedroom holds a queen bed, while the third bedroom has a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a queen-over-queen bunk bed.
Two guest bathrooms each offer a walk-in shower.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Sip morning coffee or dine alfresco on the large furnished deck and soak in the sweeping Gulf views.
Lost Colony community amenities include an unheated pool (open year-round) and boardwalk access to the beach.

Complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer are provided.
Driveway parking is available for two cars. Additional parking is available in the overflow parking lot next to the Lost Colony ocean gate. Per HOA rules, street and grass parking are not permitted (cars will be towed at guest expense). Golf carts are not permitted in the Lost Colony community.
This home has a three-story layout.
Use of the fireplace is prohibited.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
