Love traveling, music, food, people. Very easy going, always with a smile and flexible in most situations. Love the diversity in Vegas and that you can find and do nearly everything you have in mind here. Been a host for almost 3 years now, with 750+ stays hosted on Airbnb with an average of 4.9 star reviews and no cancellations.

Property information

This amazing condominium has a beautiful view of the strip, very clean and very spacious. Conveniently located just 1.1 miles from the strip (Approx 2- 6 minutes drive/15-22 minutes walk/ 8 minutes on the bus) which is a great distance to keep you near everything and far enough from all the noise and traffic. Within 4-8 minutes walk from Palms, Rio and Gold Coast hotels and casinos which offers shuttles, a great variety of restaurants, shops and shows. The unit is very clean and fully equipped for you to feel like home. Everything is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before every stay. The unit has a balcony and has access to 2 pools (Secondary pool currently under renovation but main pool remains open) and a hot tub. This condo is in a guard gated community that offers free unlimited parking just right in front of the building and 24 hours security which will make you feel safe at all times. -49" - 55" HD TV with Roku, TV cable with HBO, Showtime and Hulu. -Keurig Machine w/ complementary coffee and tea. -Blender for smoothies, alcoholic beverages and milkshakes. -Gated entry w/24hr security guards who monitor around at all times. -Free unlimited parking.

Neighbourhood information

No need to pay for expensive parking on the strip, there are shuttle services at the Gold Coast and Palms hotels which are about 6 minutes walk from the property. Right across from a plaza with Walgreens, Del Taco, Denny's and much more. Uber and Lyft are around 5-10 USD to most places in the strip. 5 minutes walk from bus #202 which takes you to the Strip in about 6-8 minutes. 10 minutes to the airport. 10 minutes to the convention center. 12 minutes to Freemont. 6 minutes to Smith's supermarket 4 minutes to China Town 2 hours and 15 minutes from the Grand Canyon.
