The sand and surf are never far when you book a stay at this gorgeous Luau condo! With its perfect perch overlooking the city and the sea, you'll never lose sight of magnificent views. Inside, gather with your loved ones amongst the living room's ample seating. When you aren't dining out, the well-appointed kitchen boasts a full suite of stainless steel appliances and gleaming countertops. Some of your favorite memories in Miramar Beach will be made around the formal dining table, indulging in delicious dishes with your favorite people.
Down the hall, the bedroom offers lovely views of the community pond. When additional sleeping arrangements are needed, utilize the sofa bed in the living room: a private washer/dryer and central air-conditioning tie together the interior perks.
Outside, enjoy the radiant weather while taking advantage of on-site amenities, including a hot tub, plunge pool, tennis court, grilling area, fitness center, and golf course. Want to explore more of Miramar Beach? Visit the Silver Sands Premium Outlets, Topsail Hill Preserve State Park, or board a charter boat with one of the many local services.
Things to Know The roofing project is slated to begin in the coming days. Those of you in town may have noticed some of the staging and prep beginning on-site this afternoon.
This re-roof will begin on Tower 2 and then move over to Tower 1. We expect 8-9 weeks, with two weeks off for Thanksgiving and Christmas, so that this project will extend into early 2026.
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
