Property information

Indulge in our exquisitely designed two-bedroom suite, offering incredible water views & complimentary access to the lux amenities of the world-class W hotel - Olympic pool, 100-person Jacuzzi, & gym. You’ll also have access to 1 FREE parking space (across the street)! The 2nd room was converted from the living area and can be closed off as can be seen from the pics. Our condo is located in the same building as the prestigious W Hotel, in the heart of Brickell. Referred to as the 'Manhattan of the South', Brickell is home to the largest concentration of international banks in the United States, and home to many of Miami's top restaurants, world-class shops, places of entertainment and tons of cultural attractions and things to do. Treat yourself to a little retail therapy at Brickell City Centre, check out a concert at the Adrienne Arsht Center, or peruse the latest exhibit at Perez Art Museum. Step out and walk to some of the city's top landmarks - or hop on the free Metromover, downtown Miami’s free light rail – the Fifth Street Station is just minutes away.
