Early Check-In: Due to our thorough cleaning and sanitizing processes, apartments are typically not ready before the standard check-in time. However, we often can offer early access to your parking spot. If you require early check-in, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability. Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is as follows: • Within 24 Hours of Booking: Free cancellation, minus a 3% credit card processing fee. • More Than 5 Days Before Arrival: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged upon cancellation. • Less Than 5 Days Before Arrival: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged upon cancellation.
