The game room is detached from the house, formerly a home office, we converted this space into a fun zone with foosball table, board games, and a poker table that also lifts up to reveal bumper pool so you have multiple ways to play! There's also a Roku TV to stream and a loveseat to round out your options for activities. The backyard features a deck with outdoor dining area and propane grill. The deck connects the game room to the house. And there's a fire pit to enjoy the starry nights with family and friends. The inside of the house is spacious with a large living room that flows into the large kitchen with a chef's island and features comfy furniture and thoughtful touches of décor throughout. With 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen complete with cookware, and a dining area you'll have plenty of space. Inside the kitchen, you'll find all the silverware, pots, pans and plates you need to cook yourself dinner from scratch! The home has an detached guest house with it's own separate driveway and separate entrance, and the backyard fence separates the two houses.
