I have a soft spot for beautiful coastlines and waterfront views. We are foodies and love to travel and meet new people. We have friends all over that we try to see as much as possible! Beach/Water views are just steps from the front door, also from the back yard, & walkable down sidewalks to the beach (just across Hwy 90) along with restaurants like Chimneys, Salute’, and Shaggy’s! 2 car garage and street parking available for up to 4 vehicles and an EV charger in the garage!

Beachy neighborhood with sidewalks that go directly to highway 90 to cross over to beach. There is a park within a short walking distance that has a pickleball / tennis court, playground and walking track. Chimney’s restaurant, Salute’, and Shaggy’s are easily walkable from sidewalks right in front of the house! You can use the sidewalk on Hwy 90 or 2nd St. which runs perpendicular to Thornton Ave. Restaurants are just west of property just on the other side of the Courtyard Marriott. You have a max area for 4 cars on the property (Street park 2 and 2 car garage). Any other parking would need to be on the side street on 2nd so you’re not imposing on neighbors.
