Hello, my name is Jonathan. I have properties at the Signature MGM, and Vdara in Las Vegas, and also beautiful homes in the desert in Southern California. I love to travel and experience all that life has to offer, so I understand what it is like to find a place that you can call home for a few days. I enjoy experiencing the local culture and food, and love meeting new people. I do not live in Las Vegas, but I am easily reached 24/7 via a quick phone call or text. I am happy to answer all your questions and resolve any problems you may have very quickly.

Property information

This fully equipped beautiful studio unit at the Signature MGM sits in tower three, with a gated entrance. It is connected to the MGM Casino with an indoor walkway that is safe and takes about 7 minutes to walk. It is located on the strip, so it's also a quick walk to get to the strip. There is a monorail that runs from the MGM Grand all the way to the SLS, with many stops along the way. My unit comes with Free valet parking for one vehicle, No resort fees, and less expensive than you would find anywhere.

Neighbourhood information

Las Vegas!!! The city of entertainment, needs no introduction. This is my favorite city in the world; it has all the glamour, best restaurants, shows and entertainment for everyone. It's the city that never sleeps....unless you want to sleep. The strip is where you want to be, that's where all the action is, and that is where my property is. The Signature MGM is on the corner of Harmon and Las Vegas Blvd, also known as "The Strip" Walking to the strip is quite simple and the MGM Casino is also connects via an indoor walkway that is also about a 5 minute walk. You can also walk to Top Golf next door to try their amazing modern driving range that keeps track of your balls. The location can't be better if you want to enjoy a quiet, smoke-free, casino-free stay, and still be near all that Vegas has to offer within a quick walk.
