If you're due for a vacation, this beach getaway is perfect! This home is within walking distance from Whitecap Beach, where you can spend a fun-filled day with your family on the soft sands playing around in the water or reading a good book under the shade of your umbrella. Beach cart rentals are conveniently nearby. Mustang Island State Park is about seven miles from your doorstep, and Port A is a short drive away, where you can participate in many fun activities like parasailing and dolphin watching!
Return to your home away from home for some relaxation. This humble abode comes with your own private washer/dryer for cleaning off the day's dirt, TVs in the living space and every bedroom, a sofa bed, and board games to end the night on, gather around the kitchen table and play some games with some good drinks and even better company. Whip up a delectable meal for you and your guests using the stainless steel appliances that await you in the kitchen. Be sure to visit the on-site community pool and swim around with your friends as the sunset lingers in the backdrop of this lovely home. Come back inside, put on pajamas, slip under the covers, and doze off into dreamland at this sweet vacation rental.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
