Company information

Dan and his wife Annie live in Bellevue Iowa along the Mississippi River. They are the owners and operators of a 40 unit seasonal campground as well as a variety of unique vacation rentals along the River in Bellevue. They are also glad to be able to share their Island Getaway in Puerto Rico, which has been their favorite vacation spot for over 10 years. Dan has worked in the hospitality and customer service industry for over 20 years and Annie has worked in healthcare for that same amount of time. They look forward to having you as their guests! We live only a few blocks away and are often in the RV Park so we are available if anything is needed during your stay.

Explore the mighty Mississippi River and have enough room for the entire family in this Mansion on the Mississippi in Bellevue Iowa! The home sleeps 22 guests with 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. It also hosts 2 full kitchens for entertaining. Enjoy this entire historic, yet newly remodeled home within walking distance to dining, shopping and a brewery. Across the river from Galena IL and only 20 minutes from Dubuque Iowa with casinos and the National Mississippi River Museum & Aquarium.

Neighbourhood information

Located on the south edge of town directly on the Mississippi River and below the bluffs of the Bellevue State Park. The mansion is located on HWY 52 near a stocked trout stream and within walking distance to restaurants, bars, shopping and a brewery. It is on the property of the Riverview RV Park Resort which has many other stay options including Tiny Home Cabins, Rental Camper, and campground with seasonal and overnight sites. There is parking for 6 vehicles and can accommodate more parking just a short walk away from the building in our RV park.
