Guests should be aware of the following:
CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: Beginning June 7, 2026 to Oct. 4, 2026, Marriott’s Grand Chateau will be undergoing villa refurbishment. Work will occur daily during daytime hours, so please anticipate construction noise during this time. All other resort amenities are expected to remain open and fully operational for your enjoyment.
There will be roadway construction near the resort from Sept. 1 through Dec. 2025 as the city prepares for a Formula 1 race. Traffic delays, congestion, and some construction noises are anticipated. Please use a real-time navigation app or contact the resort for best driving routes.
CASHLESS RESORT
Limited cash is accepted at the Front Desk. Credit cards and room charges are the only acceptable forms of payment at other locations.
SERVICE ANIMAL POLICY:
No pets allowed
This unit is not necessarily the one in the picture; it will be assigned at the time of check-in.

GENERAL PROPERTY UPDATES
On-site parking is 25 USD daily per car, with complimentary parking for Owners, Exchange, and Marketing Packages.
Packages are available for pickup in the lobby or delivery to your villa by our Safety & Security team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
All incoming packages over 1 pound will incur a handling fee based on the item’s weight (See below).
Package Handling Fees:
0 – 1.0 lbs = No Charge
1.1– 25 lbs = 5 USD
25.1 – 50 lbs = 15 USD
50.1 – 100 lbs = 25 USD
Over 100.1 lbs = 50 USD
Crate or Pallet = 150 USD
•Handling fees will be applied as a room charge upon the package’s arrival if a credit card has been placed on file.
•Handling fees that cannot be applied as a room charge will be due upon delivery to the recipient.
•The package’s recipient must be present with valid identification at the time of delivery.
Storage: Safety & Security will store all incoming packages for 90 days. Unclaimed packages will be returned to the sender (where applicable) or disposed of.
Outgoing packages: For assistance with outgoing packages, please contact the Safety & Security team (a 5 USD fee may apply to all outgoing packages up to 100 lbs).
Durable Medical Equipment: If you or someone in your party requires durable medical equipment such as shower chairs, crutches, or toilet seat risers, please contact the property. They'll be happy to provide a list of third-party vendors who may be able to assist you.
A valid id and major debit/credit card required at time of check in.
