Through our advanced technologies we are able to deliver world class service. This includes thorough and personal arrival instructions, independent inspections after every clean, a welcome gift for every guest, a check in call by a live representative to ensure customer satisfaction and an additional personal call at the time of departure. We are based on Maui and have a 24/7 support staff for any issues or questions that may arise.
My Perfect Stays professionally manages this condo. Our team of professionals is located in Maui to provide our guests with exceptional service. In addition, we have after-hours emergency dispatchers to assist when needed.

Maui Ka’anapali Villa unit 108 is located in the Aloha tower of this famous Ka’anapali resort. This luxury condo is spacious, beautifully decorated, featuring two-bedrooms and two bathrooms, central air as well as a convenient ground-floor location just steps from Ka'anapali beach. Newly decorated featuring all new carpet, furniture and décor, come and enjoy the 600 thread count sheets, plush bath towels, complimentary beach towels, a fully equipped kitchen and music for your relaxation.
The double sliding doors will open your senses to the sounds of tropical bird callings, gentle Maui breezes will be heard through the amazing monkeypod trees and garden like settings of Maui Ka'anapali Villas. This condo is the perfect place for families or couples to spend time playing and resting in West Maui. The condo sleeps 6, with a brand new Queen size sofa sleeper in the main living area.

The resort is just north of the Famous Black Rock and sits on the Beach Walk which will take you as far North as Kahana and as far South as the Hyatt beyond Whalers Village. At Whalers you can shop, eat at 4-star restaurants, surf, paddleboard, snorkel, dive, sunbathe, swim or just people watch! The resort features many on-site amenities including two pools, a restaurant and a beach activity center. There are new BBQ stations located on the property for those who like to cook yet also many restaurants are within walking distance. The resort offers an on-site coin operated laundry room as well as a state of the art fitness facility.
*Aston Resort and Maui Kaanapali Villas will charge a 35 dollars a day fee upon check in for use of the facility, which includes high speed internet and Wi-Fi access, parking of one vehicle - a second vehicle is an additional 10 dollars per night.

There will be noise from concrete grinding and chipping. Estimated completion date some time in Dec 2024. Schedule for the 02 stack to be determined.
