This family-friendly escapade enjoys a spacious and bright open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one - ideal for entertaining! Whip up delicious recipes in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with all stainless steel appliances and a cute coffee station with Keurig and drip coffee makers. Then, retreat to the inviting living room furnished with comfy sofas, a fireplace, and a smart TV with streaming services to keep you entertained. If you are more into board games, you are provided with Jenga, The Game of Life, and Happy Salmon. The back patio that can be accessed through the living room is ideal for alfresco meals with beautiful views. Additional perks include a washer/dryer and two beach chairs. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
