This is a one bedroom, full bathroom, upper level of a duplex. Hosts live in the lower unit and are readily available if questions or requests arise. Guests will use a separate entrance (door code) to access the upper-level unit. Guests will have the entire upper level to themselves, and can expect a clean, comfortable, and cozy environment. There are no indoor shared spaces. Outdoor spaces, such as the patio and the yard, are shared and maintained by hosts. The space comes fully furnished and includes all the necessary linens and towels. Guests will also have access to YouTubeTV cable which is operated via an AppleTV device.
