The comfort of both inside and outside of the home. Large spacious rooms with tall ceilings and real wood floors. Very deep front porch with ceiling fans and outdoor furniture for relaxation and nice patio in the backyard.
Really enjoy meeting and dealing with people and helping them enjoy their stays.
The neighborhood is very walkable with parks, museums and restaurants.
