The space Single-level, modern 2BR/1BA rear unit featuring a bright, open layout and dedicated parking for two vehicles. The living room has a comfy sofa, large 75" smart TV, and a cozy den-style seating area for movie nights. The fully stocked kitchen features granite counters, full-size appliances (including dishwasher), bar seating, and a small dining nook. Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 each offer plush queen beds with bamboo pillow, closets, and room-darkening shutters. The bathroom has a tiled shower/tub combo and ample storage. Laundry is on site with a private washer/dryer. Outside, enjoy the private backyard with fruit trees (pomegranate, orange, grape, lemons) and garden, fenced patio with lounge seating and garden planters; perfect for coffee or an evening wind-down. Fast gigabit fiber mesh network Wi-Fi (>1 Gbps) covers the whole home, and ceiling fans keep things comfortable. The house will be professionally cleaned before each stay with clean linens, toiletries, and everything else you'll need for a comfortable stay. Pets welcome with approval. You will be able to self check-in with lockbox, but please confirm your reservation and checkin instruction and ask any question beforehand, especially when you plan to checkin really late - we might be at sleep. The property is equipped with video surveillance 24/7 around the perimeters of the house.
