Welcome to our luxurious and modern mountain chalet with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and spacious enough for 8 guests. The home is within minutes of Breckenridge, biking/hiking trails and Mt. Quandary. This newly built home has a southwest facing wall of windows that lights up the inside of the home and provides panoramic views of Mt. Quandary. The home is on 1.6 acres and surrounded by trees making it very private and secluded. The home is ideal for families and groups of friends! Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days. A short drive will bring you to Wheeler, Bemrose, McCullough Gulch, and Quandary Trails for hiking or mountain biking among pine trees, along creeks, and into the mountains. A short drive up Route 9 brings you to downtown Breckenridge, where you can take in the many splendors of this old mountain town. Breckenridge is a hub of culture with festivals, dining, and shopping experiences, and of course the world famous ski resort.
