Nestled in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains near Asheville, North Carolina, Fawnhurst Rentals welcomes guests with cozy, home-like lodging. Our private estate features two fully-furnished rentals perfect for short or extended mountain getaways. Each unit includes shared access to laundry facilities, hot tub, and a fire pit. Located less than 5 minutes from Asheville International Airport and The WNC Agricultural Center in Fletcher, NC. Our property allows easy access to Asheville, Hendersonville or Brevard. This area is well known for its trails, breweries, art and attractions. Whether you're seeking adventure or relaxation, you'll feel right at home here. We opened in March 2024 and host guests in our onsite duplex. Each duplex unit accommodates 2 - 4 persons. Our one bedroom unit is on the first floor and has a deep soaking bath tub with a walk-in closet. Our upstairs 2 bedroom unit is has a shower and two small bedrooms. Both units have private front and rear entry.
Husband and wife team own and operate the rental. We live nearby and do daily hot tub maintenance to ensure it’s always ready for use. Our goal is your happiness! You may see us tending the yard or hot tub. We will say hi if we see you and are often around at check-in and check-out times to help with anything thing. We are friendly people that respect your right to privacy and peace while here. Fawnhurst Rentals takes its name from the private gravel drive on site, Fawnhurst Lane. There are two rentals in the duplex unit onsite as well as an art studio and a care taker's home. The art studio is not in use at this time and the care takers are close by if you need anything. This location is convent for access to Asheville or Hendersonville and only minutes from the Asheville airport. The property feels like a tranquil private garden. On Friday and Saturdays afternoons you can faintly hear live music from the local food and drink spot only a short walk from our site.
