Disclaimer: This home is located in a quiet, gated townhouse subdivision. Please be respectful of our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours. Parties, events, or loud gatherings are strictly prohibited. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a peaceful community. ➤ The Pool is closed from September 26 until April 2026.

Our apartment is located near McDaniel St & Ralph David Abernathy Blvd, just 1 mile east of the West End MARTA Station. Please be aware that the home is close to active railway tracks, so train noise may be heard occasionally. Mechanicsville is a transitional urban neighborhood—expect closely spaced homes, neighbors walking outside, and urban character. If you're seeking a suburban or ultra-quiet area, this may not be the right fit for you.
