When hunger calls, the fully equipped kitchen displays all new Viking appliances, a hydro water filter system, and ample meal prep space. Pleasantly decorated and equally spacious, the bedrooms present restful sleeping quarters. Off the primary bedroom, enjoy having private balcony access, and an attached bathroom with a large vanity and walk-in shower. Things To Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. This home is within a gated community that requires a 50 dollars access fee, payable to the HOA at check-in. The fee is valid for stays up to seven days and is subject to change without notice. The home features a backup generator to ensure you will have power in the event of an electrical outage. The gas fireplace is not available for guest use. Max occupancy (6) and max vehicles (2) are strongly enforced. Garage parking only, please do not park on driveway.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
