Enjoy the Atlantic Coast with family or friends at this open, ADA-compliant home with a ramp that leads to the front door for guests with limited mobility complete with an open and updated kitchen plus access to several resort amenities including two swimming pools, tennis courts, a nine-hole mini golf course, shuffleboard, and three bayside piers for fishing and crabbing.
This three-bedroom rental is part of the Montego Bay Community located between 130th and 135th Street, just one block west of Coastal Highway. Take a short stroll over to Northside City Park, a 58-acre community park with baseball diamonds, soccer fields, a playground, and paved walking paths. Or head to one of the nearby dune crossings and enjoy a day of swimming and sunbathing on pristine, sandy beaches, all less than a mile from your front door.
Featuring sunlit, open, and airy rooms, this rental is an accessible, colorful, and fully updated home away from home.
Step through the front door into a wide open living space with a plush sofa as well as a matching loveseat, and twin armchairs. Nearby, there's a large and small dining table with seating for up to 6 or more guests. An island/breakfast bar in the kitchen offers additional seating with two counter stools.
Whip up anything from a cup of coffee to a full-course meal in the updated, open-concept kitchen featuring an inventory of cookware and dinnerware as well as an array of modern appliances including a dishwasher.
There are three bedrooms in this home. The master suite has a cozy, king-size bed and en suite full bath with dual-sink vanity and shower. The first guest room has a twin-over-double bunk bed, while the third room has a single bed and an attached full bath with a shower/tub combo as well as a separate shower for disability access. With three bedrooms, this home sleeps up to six guests (five adults) very comfortably.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
