Renovated in the winter of 2017, this classic beach cottage has all the charm and comforts you need for a dream vacation. An open beachfront lot in front of the home provides direct views of the Atlantic shore from the main living area, the dining room, and the main bedroom. The bright interior is beaming with joyful sunlight, providing a lovely reminder that you are at the beach and to savor the peace of your vacation. No detail has been overlooked to ensure your comfort. Internet access and flat screen TVs with Roku will keep each guest entertained if a brief afternoon shower interrupts your sunny day on the beach. Sit back and relax in the shade of the screened porch while taking in views of the ocean and pelicans flying by in formation. Downstairs, the separate exterior entry was completely overhauled in the fall of 2018 and features a second living area, a full kitchen, two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and an additional laundry area. From the house to the shore is only a quick walk across the boulevard. Take a break from the daily grind, come on down, and get on island time!
