Commanding views just minutes from downtown with Elevator access
Forest service inspired Lookout Townhome with private elevator and commanding mountain views just minutes from downtown and the U of M.
The property adjoins city open space and the Us West Trail connecting Mount Jumbo to the lower Rattlesnake, and there is Clark Fork River access a 1/4 mile away to paddle board, swim or tube.
The Main level consists of a garage with laundry area, and a separate garage/activity room. There is a private elevator (46"x35") access to levels.
The Second level features a spacious kitchen with a gas jenn air downdraft, modern stainless steel appliances, and a 6 person dining area with a sliding patio door to a bbq deck backing up to Missoula open space and Mount Jumbo. There is also a modern workspace/office with a wireless color printer off the kitchen.
The second level also features a step down living room with access to an outside concrete patio area. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom on this level, with multiple balcony areas overlooking Mt Sentinel.
The Third level highlights the lookout suite with a King bed, pullout sofa, walk in tile shower and adjustable height workstation.
Al is a longtime area resident who has been fortunate to live and enjoy the beauty of Missoula and Western Montana.
