Enjoy the sounds of nature, views of the mountains, wildlife (eagles, osprey, deer, elk and moose) and the feeling of being in the middle of nowhere but only 3.5 miles from I-90. You will have quick 10 min. drive to everything downtown CDA has to offer from boutiques, restaurants, bars, parks, beaches, museums and the fabulous lakefront. You’ll be spoiled from choices when it comes to fun activities in any direction from this beautiful mountain home.

We're John and Karri, a 40's something couple that is passionate about good food, drinks and going on adventures. We love to call Idaho our home, we enjoy hiking in the mountains, beautiful lakes and making bonfires in our backyard. We both enjoy connecting with new people and sharing stories with our guests. This home is not located in a neighborhood. With living on the side of a mountain your parking may need to be staggered. I have multiple places to park above the house and 2 available spots in front of the house. Also parking above the house at the barn/shop is available. The driveway is a little steep if you're not use to the mountain terrain. A 4-wheel drive or AWD is recommended for winter.
