Newly remodeled, the open-concept common area features a fireplace and a granite-lined kitchen. Quality mattresses await in each bedroom, and a large balcony offers plenty of space to enjoy the fresh air.
Whether you're visiting during the winter or at the height of summer, this Tahoe getaway is convenient to beautiful beaches and Heavenly ski resort. Arrive at El Dorado Beach in 6.3 miles, and carve fresh powder at Heavenly in under 8 miles.
LIVING AREA
Unwind into vacation mode in the stylish living room. A 50-inch TV comes with a DVD player, and the gas fireplace adds coziness.
KITCHEN & DINING
Channel your inner chef in an expansive kitchen, detailed with granite countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances - including a roomy French-door refrigerator. Sip morning coffee at the kitchen island for two. Gather around a five-person table to share meals.
BED & BATH
On the main floor, the primary bedroom features a king bed, a twin sofa bed, 42-inch TV, two desks, and a gas fireplace. Find a double vanity and a tiled walk-in shower in the en-suite bathroom. On the first floor, the second bedroom offers a full-size bed and a TV. The third bedroom has a queen bed, while the fourth guest room features two twin beds and a box TV. The guest bathroom on this level has a jetted tub/shower combination, and there's a half bath on the main floor.
OUTDOOR AREA
Take in mountain views from a love seat on the wraparound balcony. A dining table invites alfresco meals, and there's a gas grill in the shaded yard.

This two-story home is accessed via a short flight of stairs at the entry.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
