This home is located in the East Campus neighborhood, where you can leave your car behind and explore the best of Eugene on foot. Stroll to the Rhododendron Garden at Hendricks Park (just over half a mile), fantastic restaurants downtown (a mile and a half), and football games across the river at Autzen Stadium (less than two miles). As you step through the door after a day out and about, you'll be struck by the openness of the living space, where sunlight streams in through large picture windows. There's a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, sliding doors that lead outside to the patio, and a comfortable living room where you can unwind in the evenings - relaxing by the fireplace and watching movies on cable and streaming. A washer/dryer and complimentary WiFi are provided as well. Things to Know Streaming services are available with guests' own account credentials. Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: No parking available. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
