Location: The apartment is less than 10 mins walk to Ashmont train station (red line directly to Boston downtown), 10-mins drive from Wollaston Beach or Marina Bay and 8-mins drive to Blue Hills Reservation for great hiking. Large variety of restaurants: Authentic Italian, Caribbean Jamaican, Vietnamese, Chinese, American and Mexican cuisines.

Quiet neighborhood near a school. It's a very safe and convenient location.
Centrally located, less traffic, more parking. It's super easy and fast to get around with or without a car. Free street parking is available and train/bus station within short walking distance: walking score 79, transit score 77. Ashmont station (redline) is 0.5 miles away. Bus #21 is right across the street.
