Maples Retreat, a renovated modern home just 1.7 miles from the quaint Village of Ellicottville, NY. Wood burning fireplace, we provide firewood! Beautiful scenery sitting on 2 acres of land and close to town to shop, golf, hike or relax!!
-Home includes 3 bedrooms & 1.5 baths, 1st bedroom w/ king bed, 2nd w/ 2 queen beds, 3rd w/ twin bunk beds & 1 queen bed. Full kitchen with granite countertops. Heated floors throughout. Enjoy first floor open concept with large dining room table for 10, Mid Century fireplace, we provide firewood. Roku 4K Smart TV and portable DVD player. Separate entrance with large entry way. There is great cell service, WIFI, YouTube TV, dart board, games and TV in kids room (bring your own gaming system). Nicely decorated. Enjoy the 2 acres of land with Weber Grill, outdoor fire pit.
-All the amenities of home, 12 cup coffee maker, iron, blow dryer, all linens & towels provided, apartment washer/dryer.
