Western-facing views with some Sound, Mountains, and beautiful sunsets too. On entry, you will be impressed by the Vaulted ceilings, natural light, & easy flow from the Living Room to Kitchen, Dinining, and Bonus space. Entertainment-sized kitchen features a center island, solid hardwood floors, big skylight, Maple cabinets, double steel sink, and a pantry closet. 315 SQFT composite deck with western views overlooks the back fenced yard. Primary Bedroom ensuite. 2-car garage and large bonus storage/shop area below. Quick to Hwy 9, I-5, Everett waterfront, entertainment, recreation, & Boeing. Check-in requirments (All requirements will need to be provided remotely 24 hour prior to your arrival): *Government ID & a selfie with the ID for check-in is required. *A picture of your credit card front & back *The check-in host will reach out to you 7 days prior to your reservation for further check-in requirements and to set you up all for your check-in. A copy of our rental agreement and credit card authorization form will need to be signed at least 24 hours prior to your check-in. If the rental agreement copy isn’t signed by the time of check-in, we can’t check you in. *3rd party reservations aren’t allowed. Please make sure you make the reservation name under the individual that will be checking in and staying the full duration of the reservation.
