A wonderland in every season. Tucked away in oak magnificence. Beautiful, relaxing, and zen. Our New Seabury home features a garden that was inspired by Butchart Gardens in Victoria, British Columbia. It is a 5 bedroom, tasteful Cape Cod home.
Why owner chose Summersea Village at New Seabury The serenity of this very private home, surrounded by an active community is unlike any other, it calms and naturally relives tension. From the door step you will be greeted and mesmerize by panoramic view of the garden. living In proximity to the wild life refuge, a share verity of birds attracted by the garden will never cease to amaze. Chipmunks, Squirrels, adorable Skunks, the Wild Turkeys, Goose and Red Foxes could be your day entertainers. This home is by the sea, located in the high end neighborhood of New Seabury. No public transport is available withing 2 miles. Within the village, the most fun transport is by bicycles and electric golf carts. Note: Electric scooter with small wheels can be an access challenge since driveways are gravel.
